My first experience was celebrating my sister's birthday abroad, and the manager offered me 5 cookies + their seasonal hot chocolate, and let me say WOW!!! I had no idea what to order, and the manager was outstanding in helping me decide this! Now, I try to go weekly/bi-weekly to get my cookie, and I look forward to it each time! The management + employees are also extremely patient, helpful, and kind.... HIGHLY recommend!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
